Definition of an erotic ad:
- Erotic advertising means the marketing of products and services that primarily serve to provide sexual gratification. Erotic ads must not contain elements of pornography (i.e. erotic ads must not contain elements inducing vulgar sexual excitement).
- Dating ads with an erotic subtext – hot fantasy, dating and sex without obligations, etc. Encouraging infidelity or rotation of partners.
- The display or suggestion of physical activity of a sexual nature.
- People in underwear or swimsuits (see below for exceptions).
- Naked people, bare breasts without a bra or just nipples covered by the palm of the hand or fingers.
- Vulgar terms, expressions describing sexual activities, lust, including sexual practices, vulgar and colloquial expressions of genitals.
- The designation or displaying of sex organs and sexual activities in an appropriate style though in an unsuitable context, the result of which could be vulgar.

Possible exceptions:
- Sales of underwear – showing people in underwear (transparent underwear is not permitted)
- Sales of swimwear, swimming pools – displaying people in swimsuits
- Sales of tours – people may be displayed in swimsuits, but they must not be the dominant part of the ad
- Cosmetic and health services, weight loss, plastic surgery, liposuction, etc. – decent display of people in underwear or without a bra as long as the nipples are covered
- Baby supplies – showing mother without a bra with a baby .
Erotic ads are also limited to selected Seznam.cz services.
Permitted erotic content
General rules
- Video ads with any erotic themes are forbidden.
- Audio ads with any erotic themes are forbidden.
- PR articles with any erotic themes are forbidden.
- Advertisements with erotic content in the form of banners, text ads and other types of ads in the content network must be limited to the time between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. (Sklik handles this automatically).
- If this is not technically possible, erotic advertising is prohibited.
- Restrictions do not apply in the case of ads on websites with age verification:

- Erotic advertising is restricted automatically in Sklik – see below.
- Retargeting is not permitted.
- Texts may not contain vulgar expressions, though expressions that describe sexual activity, erotically, without pornography (i.e. erotic ads must not contain elements inducing vulgar sexual desire) may be used. No suggestion of humiliation and discrimination is permitted.
- The designation of sex organs and sexual activities in an appropriate style is permitted, though not in an unsuitable context, the result of which could be vulgar.
- Letters cannot be omitted and replaced with symbols in vulgar and unsuitable expressions.
- Seznam.cz reserves the right to reject erotic advertising without providing any reason.
- It is advisable not to mix erotic and standard items in a set, as in some cases the issue may be limited.
- In the case of an e-shop selling lingerie that has one category with erotic underwear, we recommend creating a new campaign promoting only this category.
- More than one model can be displayed
- A full back or frontal shot is allowed, though not with raised or extended legs.
- Kissing and sexually suggestive touching (by one or both persons) can be visible.
- Limited touching or positions suggesting mild sexual activity are permitted without elements of pornography.
- Sexual activity must not be indicated by any objects.
- Nipples must not be visible.
- Pubic hair or the area of the genitals can be visible, but neither the labia nor the anal opening can be shown.
- The male genitals, pubic hair and anal opening cannot be visible.

Searches with an erotic and porn context on Seznam.com and partner sites will only generate ads whose text, keywords or landing page are of an erotic nature.
Ads falling under Allowed Erotic Content (i.e. products that can be promoted) will be designated by Sklik as Unsuitable for Children. For example, a lingerie e-shop that also sells products in the Erotic Lingerie category, will have ads classified as "Unsuitable for Children" in this campaign, and will be limited.
Erotic ads in direct mailing
Products and services in the category of erotic ads may be sent by direct mail only to users who have expressed their consent with receiving messages in the Entertainment > Adult category.
Rules for graphic ads with a landing page
If the landing page is an e-shop selling erotic goods ("sex shop") or if the landing page is intended to promote erotic services, the operator requires there to be information that the site is intended only for individuals over the age of 18, e.g. in the form of an age verification pop-up.
Information about a page intended only for persons over the age of 18 must be set up in such a way that the user cannot continue viewing the page without confirmation and this information must be displayed immediately after the page is loaded. In addition, the information must appear above the content of the page, i.e. the content of the entire page (sensitive text and graphic content) should be darkened, lightened, or made illegible in another manner until confirmation is provided. Automatically disappearing information is not sufficient.
