Cryptocurrencies, tokens and similar products

Only the following products and services can be advertised:

• Wallets for cryptocurrencies
• Cryptocurrency exchanges and the purchase of cryptocurrencies, which can be exchanged and sold at the current market price. The website must contain information on investment risk.
• Cryptocurrency automats, or so-called bitcoinmats, if cryptocurrencies can also be exchanged and sold according to the current market price.
• Informative websites without the need to register and enter contact information
• Cryptocurrency mining, e.g. sale or rental of mining equipment, rental of space for mining machines, administration and service
• Tax and legal services
• Cryptocurrency books
• Advertisers accepting payments in cryptocurrency
• Loosely related products - clothes with cryptocurrency motifs, etc.

For services related to crypto-assets that are subject to regulation under the MiCA Regulation, advertisements must comply with all requirements for marketing communications set out in this Regulation. The advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the advertisement complies with the applicable legal regulations and must be authorised to provide the advertised crypto-asset-related services. Upon request, the advertiser is obliged to provide Seznam.cz, a.s., without undue delay, with evidence of the existence of the relevant authorisation.

Cannot be advertise or be on a landing page:

• Paid advice, courses, providing more information only after filling in contact details.
• Cryptocurrency trading signals
• Cryptocurrency initial offer (ICO)
• Decentralized financing (DeFi)
• Cryptocurrency loans
• Propagation of cryptocurrencies by celebrities
• NFT (non-fungible token) and related services
• Sites that link to other areas that can be advertised
• Other and freely related products and services not mentioned in the cryptocurrency areas that can be advertised.
