Hemp ointments, hemp foods, dietary supplements, energy drinks can only be advertised if these hemp products have been manufactured and put on the market in accordance with applicable legal regulations. This means, among other things, using a technical hemp plant, or a hemp plant, from which hemp can be obtained with a maximum content of 1% of substances from the group of tetrahydrocannabinols (THC).
The seller may not encourage his customers to consume dried flowers (CBD, etc.), even indirectly. Advertising with this product must therefore under no circumstances indicate or even mention a connection with their consumption.
