Uniform advertising rules in the partnership network

For advertising in the ad space of, its partner network and in the Sklik advertising system and other services of, it is necessary to follow all the rules presented on this site. Hereinafter, just the Advertising Rules.

In the event of a violation of the Advertising Rules, reserves the right to restrict (reject the design or block ads or the buyer via RTB) or reject the display of ads. In the event of repeated violations of the Advertising Rules, reserves the right to block the advertiser's account for further advertising.

General rules

  • The display of ads is governed by the Business Terms and Conditions of
  • The ad must meet the technical specifications of the formats that are supported.
  • An ad or a part thereof (e.g. photographs) must not repulse the average user or disturb any user.
  • Advertising must not directly mention the competition and must not be misleading or comparative advertising outside of its legal limits.
  • The text contents of advertisements must be in Czech, Slovak, English or German and must follow the rules of that language. Slang and unwritten words are allowed.
  • The advertisement must not contain vulgarisms or other unethical elements. Omitting letters and replacing them with symbols in vulgar and inappropriate expressions cannot be used.
  • Advertising must not contradict good morals, the principles of honest and free advertising, must not violate the rights of third parties and damage their good reputation.
